I think I should open up here anad kinda say a few things. But that would be incredibly futile as Terminus has already said what I wanted to say.

still having trouble launching the file. Can someone tell me the exact file placement?

Ex: steam/steamapps/mysteamname/half-life/tt... this would be great. Thanks.

Man. I know it's pointless to say, but still, if this mod had come out 5 or 6 years ago, it would have dominated. I especially like the jamming guns. Would've liked to see them in action. I can't seem to get the artillery to work though. I can get the binoculars, but I don't know what to do once i get "the orders". And I wish I could've used the static MGs around the map. Sadly, its not complete, but its something to be damn proud of. Its full of ingenuity, fresh ideas, and great gameplay. And at least you got 1.0b out there. Seriously, pat yourself on the back. This incomplete version is better than 90% of the mods out there. Hopefully this swan song won't mean the end of TT2. Thanks Terminus.

Maybe it's a good idea to make an ingame video and post it up on MODDB,
I'm quite shure it'll draw attention.
Then we can tell the story posted in this thread and maybe there's someone
to help.

*i have not played "1.1" yet

Pity it didn't get finished completely, whats here so far is beautiful. TT was one of the funnest FPS games I've played. Maybe one day...

Is this version comparable to the test version we played?...wow, that was ages ago. That is really nice of you Termy, kind of a suitable ending for The Trenches. I think that thre is no need to be nostalgic, I had some great times playing and browsing the -three successive- forums. But, hey, this is the Internet, things have to come and go!
Still keeping an eye on other ww1 projects, like Verdun Online or WW1 Source, but mods about the Great War never seem to work out as well as TT, and always die before even reaching the beta-testing stage. Too bad, really.

Cheer up mates, we've had fun!!!
